Non-personalised items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

Personalised, custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Email hello@unique3d.studio with photos within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
